LIVESTOCK AM OUTLOOK
From Minnesota to Texas temperatures will keep cattle from gaining pounds and feedlots might decide to hold off. Big packer profits will have packers wanting cattle. Weights are still running heavy in the Midwest. Wednesday cattle in Iowa sold averaging 1550 to 1565 pounds and Nebraska cattle averaged 1500 pounds and 917.9 pounds dressed.
Hams, bellies and picnics up Wednesday. Look for strong exports Thursday. When it all boils down, these cuts are cheap.
